EventHub Ticketing And Management
Run events. Fill spaces. Power experiences
Sell out your next event from your phone — publish events to a public page, sell multi-tier tickets with capacity and waitlists, let attendees register and carry a QR code, and check them in at the door with a scan. Organizers, staff and attendees each get their own mobile-first view.
Built for organizers who run events from their phone — not from a laptop at a folding table.
Your organizers can
- Create and publish events — venue, dates, capacity, banner image and a public page — right from a phone
- Sell multi-tier tickets with price, capacity and per-person limits — sold counts and remaining capacity update automatically
- Watch registrations and check-ins roll up live on each event
- Assign staff to specific events so each person sees only the rosters they're working
Your event staff can
- Check attendees in at the door with a QR scan — or a manual name search when a code won't load
Your attendees can
- Browse the public event listing and register without needing an account first
- Carry their ticket QR code on their phone and see their own registrations
You (super admin) can
- Oversee every organizer, event, ticket tier and registration across the platform
Everything is designed mobile-first — from publishing an event to scanning a ticket — and row-level security keeps Super Admin, Organizer, Event Staff and Attendee each in their own lane.

Data tables (6)
- Events — The heart of the app: every event you run, with venue, dates, capacity, banner and a public page, plus live registration and check-in counts rolling up as people sign up and arrive.
- Ticket Types — The ticket tiers you sell for each event, such as Early Bird, General or VIP, each with its own price, capacity and per-person limit so sold-out tiers close themselves.
- Registrations — Every attendee sign-up for every event, holding their contact details, chosen ticket, confirmation status and the QR code they show at the door.
- Check-Ins — The door log: one row per scanned or manually checked-in attendee, so you always know who has actually arrived and which staff member let them in.
- Staff Assignments — Links each staff member to the events they are working, so door staff only ever see the rosters that belong to them.
- Audit Logs — Append-only trail of who did what and when across the platform, tied to the user and the related event, kept for compliance review and never edited by hand.
User roles (4)
- Super Admin — Runs the whole platform, with oversight of every organizer, event, ticket tier and registration across all events.
- Organizer — Creates and publishes their own events, sets up ticket tiers, assigns door staff and watches sales and attendance for the events they own.
- Event Staff — Works the door on event day, scanning QR codes or searching by name to check attendees in for the events they have been assigned to.
- Attendee — Browses public events, registers for a ticket and carries their QR code on their phone, seeing only their own registrations.
Workflows (5)
- Attendee — Generate QR — Issues a scannable QR code the moment a registration is confirmed, so attendees have their ticket ready without anyone lifting a finger.
- Attendee — Send Ticket — Emails each confirmed attendee their ticket exactly once, so nobody chases a confirmation and nobody gets it twice.
- Event Staff — Process Check-In — Flips a registration to checked-in the instant a staff member scans it, so arrival counts on the event are always live.
- Organizer — Capacity Alert — Marks an event Sold Out the moment registrations hit capacity and emails the organizer, so you never oversell a room.
- System — Close Registration — Closes registration automatically each day for any published event whose sign-up deadline has passed, so late sign-ups never slip through.
Email templates (3)
- Registration Confirmation — The ticket email attendees receive when their registration is confirmed, with venue, date and a reminder to bring their QR code.
- Event Reminder — A friendly nudge sent to attendees the day before an event with the location and a reminder to have their QR code ready.
- Capacity Reached Alert — Tells the organizer the moment an event fills up and has been switched to Sold Out on the public page.
Import templates (3)
- Bulk Event Import
- Ticket Type Setup
- Attendee Registration Import
Export templates (6)
- Organizer - My Events Export
- Event Registrations Export
- Ticket Type Performance
- Event Check-In Log
- Staff Assignment Report
- System Audit Logs
AI agents (2)
- Check-in Assistant — A chat assistant for event day that looks up attendees, checks them in and answers roster questions so door staff keep the line moving.
- Event Performance Analyst — A chat analyst that digs through ticket sales, capacity and revenue across your events to tell you what is selling and what is not.
